Notary Public - Stephen Finn
Stephen Finn LL.B. is a Notary Public with over 15 years' experience. Having practised as a solicitor in High Wycombe from 1983 to 2005, he is now a full-time notary. He also specialises in Employment Law and provides legal support for a Human Resources company.
Notaries are generally needed in all international business transactions and many legally-binding social transactions such as getting married abroad. The most common document dealt with by a notary is a Power of Attorney; closely followed by making certified copies of documents relating to a person’s identity or capacity to sign on behalf of a company
Document witness
I hold a commission as a Notary Public and am available to assist in the swearing of affidavits and statutory declarations and willing to deal with the certification of copy documents.
Power of attorney
Many fit, healthy but prudent people, with an eye to the future, are granting, or at least considering whether they should grant powers of attorney to enable a trusty relative, friend or even professional adviser to look after their affairs and welfare should anything untoward come to afflict them.

Please bring your passport with you and another document, perhaps a letter, linking you to your UK address. This information will enable me to be satisfied of your identity and to attest that you have appeared before me, signed a document in front of me.
